Chad began his love of media over 15 years ago when, as a teacher, he was given a laptop to create interactive lessons for his students. After only two years as a teacher, he left the profession in 1996 and began following his dream and passion of creating interactive media, animation, and video productions. Chad has been married for over 15 years to his his high school love, Karen Campbell. They have 4 children and are active in their church. "I have been blessed with a great family and a job I love."

Don Mills brings a vast amount of knowledge to MediaForce. Don has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry. His keen eye for quality and getting the right shot has proven to be invaluable. He is the "go-to-guy" when planning and casting the right talent. His professionalism and ability to adapt means that you can rest assured your production will be the best it can be. Don is married to Amber Mills and has one child. He is the lead singer of a local rock band and is active in his church.

Karen has been actively involved behind the scenes and in front of the camera. Her ability to connect to the audience has made her a valuable part of the MediaForce team. She also takes care of accounting, which is a full time job. She is married to Chad and is a wonderful wife and mother to their 4 children.

Alan has been with MediaForce since its inception. His love of the industry and ability to get the job done has made him a big part of our team. He is responsible for setting up lights, cameras, and other props. He is also runs camera and servers as an editor.
