As an account executive at Fox4/My27 TV, it can be challenging to choose the right production company for my clients. Because we're in a top 5 market, most of my clients have production completed by the time they place their media buy. In the case of UT Dallas, Mediaforce productions provided 4 commercials that have the look and feel of a national ad. They met the challenge of concepting ads for UTD's general university as well as their Executive Education program. The challenge was to understand both audiences and speak to both while maintaining consistency throughout all 4 spots. Because Mediaforce understands the relationship between marketing and production, they were prepared to take it on. After working with the client to understand what was important to the university, they created 4 scripts and gathered on-site footage from the university. Once the scripts and footage were married, and graphics were included they worked directly with Assistant Marketing Director, Lauraine O'Neil and Exec Ed director Tom Henderson to make changes necessary for final approval. Once the spots were emailed to me, I was blown away. After forwarding the spots to a few colleagues, the normal responses were "no way a local production company did this!"

Mediaforce should be congratulated for their work on the UT Dallas account, I would suggest any TV sales rep who has clients in need of a commercial seek out their services. They truly are a class act in a world of commercial clowns.
